State Dinner Reboot

On October 18th, Mario Batali brought his signature cooking (and Crocs) to the White House to prepare the last state dinner hosted by President Obama honoring Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi.

On November 7th, we’ll recreate Mario’s menu of Italian dishes cooked using seasonal American ingredients. Each course is paired with an American wine, exactly as it was served to POTUS.

You’ll eat like a king. Scratch that. You’ll eat like a First Lady.
