About Javier Plascencia
Born in Tijuana, Mexico, Chef Javier Plascencia showcases his charismatic personality in his interpretations of the cuisine of Baja California, a state that he promotes with passion by using ingredients from the fields, farms, and the sea of the region. Chef Plascencia explores his culinary curiosity throughout Mexico and California, with restaurants such as Casa Plasencia gaining international praise.
