Yes, summer is technically over. But we’re not ready to abandon summer wines. We decided that the perfect way to transition into the cooler months is to split the difference: chilled reds.

Wine Director Sarah Clarke has paired each wine with seasonal selections from the kitchen including Chicken Liver Bruschetta and Cauliflower Fritti with Spicy Mint Aioli.
