Produttori del Barbaresco Wine Dinner with Aldo Vacca

Please join us on Monday, April 16th as we host an evening with Aldo Vacca, the uncompromising, famously meticulous mind behind the wines of Produttori del Barbaresco. It’s the first time we’ve had the opportunity to present a dinner featuring him and his remarkable wines—and we are pulling out all the stops! In addition to a five-course, Langhe-inspired menu designed by Chef Matt Molina, we will be pouring several flights (fifteen wines in all, back to 1979!) of Aldo’s magnificent Barbareschi, each designed around Pora, Moccagatta and Asili, three of our favorite sites. It’s sure to be an evening to remember, for the Nebbiolophile and the newcomer alike...only a few seats remain!

Fontodi Wine Dinner with Giovanni Manetti

The Fontodi estate has consistently made some of the most strikingly delicious Sangiovese-based wines in all of Tuscany, wines that are routinely cited as the preeminent expressions of their type. We are overjoyed to be welcoming Giovanni Manetti, the second-generation scion of the estate, to the Osteria for a very special winemaker dinner. Executive Chef Matt Molina has prepared a four-course menu inspired by the flavors of Tuscany, and to match the food, we will be offering four three-vintage verticals of Chianti Classico, Sorbo, and Flaccianello—the top three wines of the esate. Fourteen wines in all, five delectable courses of food, and an evening with one of Tuscany’s most influential and dynamic winemakers...if you're a Chianti lover, this is a night not to be missed!
